ABOUT MICHAEL
(He, Him, His)
Michael Lespinasse helps DEI practitioners deliver training and communication strategies that impact.
After growing up in a splintered family that struggled financially, at 19 years old, he found sales as a way to change his life circumstance.
He sold high-quality cutlery door-to-door, then spent 13 years as a nationally award-winning pharmaceutical sales representative and trainer with Abbott Labs, PDI, and GlaxoSmithKline.
Following his dreams, he left sales to pursue acting and found success appearing on TV shows such as Grey's Anatomy, Criminal Minds, NCIS, and more.
Michael studied English Education during his school years and received his Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University, where he walked on as a football player for FSU's National Championship team. Later, he obtained a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
Michael's passions are teaching and the psychology of communication. He holds an educator's license and enjoys bringing his enthusiasm for instruction and coaching to the field of DEI.
In his free time, he dances, snowboards, and loves being on his yoga mat. A committed life-long learner, he is currently working on a second master's degree in Instructional Design.
